Assignment 5- Final Project Using software learned this week.

I am responsible for state madnated health services of K-6.  There are health software programs that accomplish these tasks and more, but having four elementary buildings, it was not a cost effective purchase for the district; so to minimize paperwork and have access to the data at each building, I created a spreadsheet to track my progress throughout the year.  This is usable on a laptop which will travel with me to each building; I enter the student's results at the time of their scsreening; I'll have the information available with me regarding all students, so when parents/teachers have a concern about how a student performed on the screening perhaps days or weeks later, I can discuss it at that time.  Otherwise, legally, the information has to be stored in their health record in the school building in which they attend.   BMI screening is not included in this spreadsheet, because the new tech coordinator is planning to purchase a software program this summer that incorporates the BMI information with parent template letters.
