Final Project

 

One of the assignments I currently have my students do is to come up with a creative slogan for a t-shirt design.  They are to make a statement regarding drug, alcohol, tobacco, sex, or any other health-related topic providing a don't-do-it message or a positive pro-health message. 

 

I currently have printed a blank t-shirt on which I have them draw their slogans and color their shirts.  I prefer the idea of using MS Publisher to have them create their t-shirt designs in the computer.  I could provide the blank t-shirt template and have them fill in the shirts using word art, inserting images,and playing with colors and patterns.  Doing this on the computer would be more time consuming for many of the students, but the finished product would be much more attractive.
