Athens Area School District Technology Policy
Athens has a rather lengthy and in depth policy. It outlines who the users are, what they are and are not allowed to do, and also what the consequences are for not following the policy. The policy focuses a lot on what and how students are to use the internet and their e-mail capabilities. It includes etiquette and anti-bullying statements. The policy also outlines inappropriate uses of the internet such as gaming, instant messaging, personal accounts (Myspace), and bringing in personal devices to hook up to the network.

My updated webpage includes a calendar which changes the date automatically. It also now has two extra pages. One page lists the activities which we will be covering throughout the year and other page explains the school's p.e. grading policy. Also recently changed is some of the text colors as well as font size/color. I also included a link to My Pyramid. The two webpages that I created this week both include subjects and information which I use during the year. My HTML page focuses on BMI, which we introduce the students to during a fitness unit. The site I created using Macromedia revolves mostly around our first unit, archery.
