  The final assignment contains 3 pages - the first page is the cover page for my 9th grade health class in the Elk Lake School District, the second page contains the Health Units and Projects covered by the students and completed, and the final page contains the Health units with a brief description and/or listing involved within the units.  The attachment from USA Today will be used as a follow-up activity with my health students after I explain and share the first three pages with them as an overview of the class for the school year.  The attached activity will be used as a start up activity into our first unit, Health and Wellness, sharing the results with the class when we cover our overall level of health.
