EDTEC 449-Video and Hypermedia in the Classroom

My Group's Project 

My group started our project brainstorming a lot of different ideas. We decided that we would create a visualized interview that meets Unit 3 Project's requirements.

Once we had an idea of what our video was going to consist of, we started to write a storyboard. During this phase, we decided who would be the talent, director, and the camera person for each shot. We also wrote the script and decided what would be the action during each part of the video. The locations and the costumes of the various footage was also decided during this phase.

The next part of the phase was the actual shooting of the video. As a group, we decided to shoot the footage in a nonlinear fashion. This will be edited in proper order using the computer. 

After the footage was recorded, the editing phase took place. The footage was imported into the computer and edited on Windows Movie Maker. The storyboard was used a lot during this phase to make sure that the footage was put into the correct order to make a successful final project. During the phase, our group added sound effects, music, and voice overlays to enhance our video
