Course Description
Update: I will post some information some time tomorrow, October 24, 2008
This course teaches students how to use PowerPoint software to create engaging computer-mediated visual aids that will add impact to their presentations. This course emphasizes the effective management of visuals so that what the speaker is trying to say is reinforced, rather than overshadowed, by their PowerPoint slides.
This course will emphasize student involvement through active participation and completion of projects implementing topics discussed in class. It is recommended that students come prepared with content that they would like to incorporate into presentations that they would like to reuse at a later time.
