About Me

Hello, My name is Ms. T! I am a Kindergarten teacher at the Camptown Elementary School. I have been teaching for 20 plus years and I love every minute of it. When I am asked, "How do you like teaching?" My reply is, "It is like a little slice of heaven, everyday!"

I have a son, named Cameron and he is 12 years old. He will be going into the 7th grade this 2007-2008 school year. We live in Sugar Run in an old farm house that dates way back. It is filled with love and lots of country charm.

I was born and raised in Southern California however, I am a country girl at heart. I moved to the Wyalusing Area in 1995 and I would never go back. I love the four beautiful seasons and the people that I am surrounded by everyday.

Happenings in the School Year

My class will go on two field trips this year. Our first trip will be with Laceyville's Kindergarten class and we will go to the Pumpkin Patch and in the Spring to Reptile Land. In class we will cook, sing, count, laugh, learn to read, garden and practice being good citizens to all those we come in contact with. (I am a stickler about manners and good citizenship behaviors.) The class will develope socially and academically and will end the year with a class program that demonstrates our learned skills.
