Session 8: Legal Problems of Internet Use

Come to class prepared to discuss legal problems surrounding Internet predators.  For example, how prosecution works when the predator is not in the same state or country.  What recent changes and advances help catch a cyber criminal?

If you are having a hard time sleeping, or would like to read more about this topic, you can read over this document from the Department of Justice on Internet Pornography and Child Eploitation.  Believe me, I'm not expecting you to read this, just look it over.  I will touch on some of this info in class on Wednesday. 

So, for your discussion document on this topic, simply wait until class this week to summarize what we discuss in class on this topic.
