Professional Course of Study for John Stevens
A course of study for professional development, I believe is realvant to where you are in vour career as a teacher. I know Clinton will love this, but I need to continue to improve my technology skills. Even though the need is not as great for them in physical education. Physical education has been changing in the past few years toward more life time activites. Workshops or courses in these areas need to be found. I know we have a workshop on archery this spring along with Troy Middle School. Other lifetime activities like cross country sking, snowshoeing, biking , and orienteering are activities that I want to learn more about in the future. Our PE department is working on a grant to put rock walls in our buildings and that will probably be the last professional development I will under take in my teaching career.
